Features
1. With two large suspension arc welding robots as the main body and 25m long walking track and cantilever, 9-axis coordinated welding is realized. In addition, there is a large rotating displacement mechanism with a load of 20t, which coordinates with the robot, and puts the welding seam in the flat fillet welding and ship-type welding positions, so as to automatically track the welding.

2. Strict process analysis and test verification shall be carried out before double robot welding, and the welding sequence shall be strictly controlled, and the one-time product welding qualification rate shall be more than 98%.

 

Intermediate platform robot welding workstation

1. It is mainly composed of large suspension arc welding robot, equipped with dual wire welding power supply, 15m long walking track and boom, realizing 9-axis coordinated welding. Configure a large rotary positioner with a load of 30t to reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

2. The configuration of double-wire welding improves the efficiency by more than 2 times compared with the conventional single-wire gas shielded welding. Large weld penetration, high mechanical strength and 100% qualified welding quality; Two operators work in two shifts for 24 hours, which can complete the daily workload of 4-6 welders.
