Cutting Fork Robot Welding Workstation

Features

1. The robot operates in a single-station format with integrated assembly welding. The scissor fixture uses Tianyi's patented rivet-welding integrated tooling with expanding pins for positioning, effectively minimizing deformation of the welded workpiece, meeting loading requirements without additional machining after welding.
2. The workstation features a flexible design, allowing for the easy switching of different fixtures to enable mixed production of multiple machine types.
3. The welding fixture for reinforcement plates has a pre-deformation function, eliminating the need for calibration after welding, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

Bottom Frame Welding Production Line

1. The entire production line includes 7 robotic welding fixture stations, 8 assembly stations, and 4 grinding stations, capable of welding three types of products: the chassis, door box, and steering wheel seat.
2. The workstation uses an automated welding station, with SCADA issuing the workpiece model for automatic welding, and the touchscreen providing real-time data collection and recording of welding process data, including production counts, cycle times, fault time display, energy consumption, and related metrics.
